Sorry, we will not be able to honour your request to prioritize or delay the delivery. While we always strive to deliver your orders as fast as we can, delivery timelines depend on several factors, such as the courier service and your location. However, you can coordinate with the delivery executive to reschedule the date & time of delivery of your order, once he gets in touch with you.
Sorry, we will not be able to modify the order now. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one. Please click HERE if you wish to cancel your order.
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on App/Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made
Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of App/Website/M-site
Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site and then select the item or order you want to cancel
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.If payment was made by redeeming PhonePe wallet balance then, refund will be initiated into Phonepe wallet within a day of your order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account, by contacting PhonePe customer support team.
Return – Reverse pick-up is available in all major cities and can be availed ONLY for orders above INR 3,000. For orders below INR 3000, customer has to send the product back or can avail reverse pick-up bearing the actual courier cost (INR 250-300).
Exchange – The replacement product is sent for free in both cases, even if the order amount is less than INR 3,000 and shipping is not charged again. We will give free shipping one time in exchange case. If customer would like to exchange the product again then customer has to send the product back or can avail reverse pick-up bearing the full cost (INR 250-300) and we will charge shipping on another exchange. Please ensure that the product sent back for return or exchange shouldn’t be dirty or damaged to be eligible for a full refund or an exchange. IMPORTANT NOTE - For further queries or assistance regarding any of the above category of concerns - feel free to call us on our customer support number mentioned below or send an email at [email protected] should you find the number busy. We request all our valued customers to allow us a TURN AROUND TIME of minimum 24-48 hours to look into an issue and get back to you with a solution or the next steps. Warranty begins when a product is delivered at your doorstep i.e. date of delivery of a product.
