SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Free Shipping for orders above INR 3000.
- Shipping charge of INR 200 is applicable for orders below INR 3000.
After you place your order with us, the same will be processed as per below:
- Same day: if the order is placed before 3pm
- Next day: if the order is placed after 3pm
- If order placed after 3pm on Saturday, the same shall be processed on Monday.
- Delhi/NCR: Deliveries can take up to 2 to 3 business days
- Rest of India: Deliveries can take up to 4 to 5 business days
The return and exchange of product can be done within 10 days from the order placement date or within 7 days of the receipt of the product (whichever is the maximum). The money refund is done once the article reaches the warehouse.
- Prepaid - After the product reaches the warehouse the full amount is refunded into the same account from which the payment is made.
- Cash on Delivery - Refund is processed in the form of a credit note equivalent to the order amount minus the shipping charges for orders less than INR 3,000 and for orders more than INR 3,000 a credit note equivalent to the order amount is raised.
- For customers requesting refund in their bank account instead of credit note - please note that COD refunds are processed once a week i.e. every Saturday (this means the Saturday after receiving the products in our warehouse). A cheque is issued equivalent to the refund amount eligible and is deposited in customer's bank account within 3 working days. Cheque clearing is subjected to 2-3 days minimum after which the amount shall reflct in the account. The TURN AROUND TIME needed to process a COD refund is minimum 10 business days and may vary depending on Bank Holidays or other unforeseen delays.
- In case of refund, the customer has to send the bank and refund details at firstname.lastname@example.org for processing the refund.
Return – reverse pick-up is available in all major cities and can be availed ONLY for orders above INR 3,000. For orders below INR 3000, customer has to send the product back or can avail reverse pick-up bearing the full cost (INR 250-300).
Exchange – The replacement product is sent for free in both cases, even if the order amount is less than INR 3,000 and shipping is not charged again.
Please ensure that the product sent back for return or exchange shouldn’t be dirty or damaged to be eligible for a full refund or an exchange.
